Pancakes and Cupcakes
Last night I made the best pancakes! I love eating breakfast for dinner. For some reason I have always struggled to make the perfect pancakes. I don't own a griddle, so its hard for me to get the right temp down. I normally mess up at least the first one and then the last one turns out normal. Its been a work in progress, but I finally did it. Yay!

that cupcake looks great! very cute! and glad to hear that you made some successful pancakes. i'm not quite a pro at it either, but zack is like a breakfast chef, so he's shown me some tricks to making them turn out fluffy!

That onesie is adorable! My husband ( Clint ) is in the 4th year of his Urology residency. It's a 6 year program. Has Ty picked the speciality he'd like to go into yet?

ReplyDeleteOk, I know I keep saying this, but this one onesie is my favorite yet. There are two things that I CANNOT master...flipping pancakes and hamburgers...Marty ALWAYS has to help. That's why we opt for waffles most of the time. But, I'm like you...I LOVE breakfast for dinner as well!
