Okay, I know you are thinking what the heck is she talking about?? Lavender Lilac Moment?Well, let me tell you. Gain, as in the laundry detergent, has a somewhat new scent out called Soothing Sensations Lavender Lilac. It. is. amazing.
Seriously, it smells so good! I was washing my face this morning with a wash cloth and I could smell the scent. It definitely brightened my morning. I know that everyone has their own brand of detergent that they use. It is usually whatever brand their mom uses. My mom uses Gain, so I use Gain. I did branch out and try this new scent and it was worth it! So, if you are in the market for some great smelling laundry detergent look no further...try it, I dare ya!
I know it is weird to blog about laundry detergent, but it just smells so good that I had to share!
I have always wanted to try different things as far as for my laundrey...I fiqured it was like your hair shampoo, you need to mix it up a little.

I LOVE lavender anything - the only problem is I have to use nonscented detergent due to allergies. Yes, I am that nerd. I bet I would love this detergent though!

ReplyDeleteI'm a gain girl too! And you are totally right it is amazing!! My brother actually used the lilac and I smelled it and asked him what it was and of course went to the store and they were out! I'm due for some more detergent now and can't wait to get it!!! Have a great Thanksgiving!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Gain! It's the only detergent I use. I am so going to try this!! I am obsessed with fabric softener...I know, weird, but I love smelling it on my clothes.

ReplyDeleteOh I love that you love laundry detergent too! I used to be a Gain Girl b/c that's what the Ex used and his clothes smelled delish... but then I had to break up with both him and the Gain. :( Maybe this new scent will bring me and Gain back together! (but not the Ex - ICK!)
ReplyDeleteI am allergic to all things scented in terms of laundry detergent and fabric softner/sheets. I use only unscented things (i.e. has to say free and clear). But I truly love the smell of real lavender, I tried to grow it this year but Hubby killed it.

You are never going to believe this, I was in a focus group that picked that scent!! And what you are expressing is EXACTLY what they were looking for.. It apparently has some 'time released' stuff in it so it keeps smelling good for days. I too, looove the smell of fresh laundry. thanks for the reminder I want to get that for my sheets. xo
