For the Love introduced me to this color instead,
OPI miami beet from the southbeach collection.
{update: I did not take the picture up above. I found it somewhere...not, sure where. My nails never look that good when I paint them!}
It's not a bright summer pink, but not a dark goth purple either. It is the perfect shade for this in between color time. I havent' worn it on my fingernails yet, but it looks great on my tootsies!

After reading so much about this new polish I had to check it out. It has a fantastic brush and dries really fast! I hope they come out with even more colors in this formula, because it is great!I topped both of these colors off with this.
It is a clear polish and gives a lot of shine, plus helps dry faster.I love having my fingernails painted, but I wish it lasted longer. If only I could talk Ty into letting me get weekly manicures! I don't see that happening anytime soon!

ReplyDeleteI love getting pedicures! I rarely get manicures because the polish chips off so quickly. I need to be better about keeping them painted myself because they always look better painted! Love the color :)

ReplyDeleteoooh, i do love that color!! Just last week I went for a mani/pedi and busted out my Black Cherry Chutney! I can't help it.. Once it feels like Fall, I have to do the dark colors!

ReplyDeleteI'm the same way I'm either dark pink or light pink. But I was a rebel and got light pink on my nails and a red on my toes. Big time rebel! hahahaha! I usually hate when I don't match.

Lincoln Park After Dark is a great color. My very favorite OPI color is Russian Navy, but I feel funny wearing it to work, so I usually only wear it in the winter and when I'm going to be off for a few days.
I just got a pedicure the other day, and since it's September, which screams FALL to me, I got a really cool dark purple with some iridescence. Who cares that it's still 90+ degrees? It's September! LOL

I love OPI Heart Throb. Its a warm, pale pink. It reminds me of when you get pink and white acrylic nails. I def need to try these colors!

ReplyDeleteLove the first color and I am wearing the second! You should try Sally Henson's nail pens. They are awesome. They make painting your nails so easy and they dry quick too!
