I read the first one in the series, Twilight this weekend. I LOVED it! I am on the second book, New Moon, right now. I almost 1/2 way through it. It has me thinking about vampires all the time. Don't worry, I am not going overboard. I will not start to think that I am a vampire, although I am pale enough to be one! ;) When the 4th book in the series, Breaking Dawn, came out, it sold over 1.3 million copies in a day! That's crazy!
I was going to copy and paste a review from amazon. com but I decided it gave away too many details about the book. The books are essentially a young adult book that is a love story about a vampire. It sounds weird and creepy, but it is oh so good! I highly recommend reading the series!
Are you reading the Twilight series? If not do you plan on reading them?
How strange! I have heard of a lot of people who read it but I had no idea it was about vampires! It totally doesn't strike me as a book that you would like. Hilarious. I may have to give it a whirl.

ReplyDeleteDo you like to read "Chick Lit" at all? If so I recomend Sophie Kinsella and Emily Giffin... They have some good/fun books!

ReplyDeleteI have the first book now, but haven't started b/c I was scared of it kinda...is that weird? ha. I wasn't for sure if I wanted to do the whole vampire thing but everyone sayd vampire or not it is great!

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear I am not the only one who LOVES chick lit books. Emily Giffin's new one is good but not great. I like Something Borrowed the best and the new one just doesn't quite get to that caliber.
